kourtney was born with a heart defect called truncus ateriousus and also ASD and cardiac murmur , and she also was born with di George syndrome , and clubbed foot and a we recently found out she needs another 2 surgery heart ,, she also found out she has 2 blood clots and we ty you all so much for all the prayers ..she is an amazing little girl ....
...she is having her second heart surgery on... nov 26th 2012
kortney had her second open heart nov 26 2012 she is doing great we just have to keep and eye on her heart she will need a few more open hearts and stents and or balloans put in but we just watch her closely at her cardiologist .. the blood clots r gone however her eye we r waiting to c whats wrong with it it turns and crosses we will find out shortly ....... i found out about the heart problem when i was 20 wks pregnant my nephew was also born with a heart issue so it is genetic i found when he was born about the DI George i was planning on not having any more kids but them came my little miracle
i was worried about having a baby with a heart defect and finding out she had it but i fell in love with her for the first time and new we had to keep up her fight .. di george is a missing chromozone 22q 11 that could cause birth defects such as heart and many more others issues .. kourtney is doing great she will continue to fight and i no we can do this with the power of prayers
