Prayers for Dylan
Dylan was born with HLHS, but has so much strength and happiness, that you would never know everything he's been through, just by looking at him! ♥ He will be traveling to Boston in early October for new treatment options.
Dylan Dainger Snyder was born on May 26, 2011. He was diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (amongst other heart anomalies) when he was just 4 days old, after an emergency room visit revealed he needed to be flown from Wisconsin to Minneapolis. Dylan has had a rough year spending a good portion of his life in and out of University of Minnesota Amplatz Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. H...

The next step in his journey will take Dylan from Wisconsin to Boston, in the hopes of qualifying for the left ventricle rehabilitation, which could give him a near normal heart! Dylan and his family will need to make several trips to Boston in order to get the care Dylan needs to live the fullest life possible.
